Desirae is my dear, dear friend that watches Larz while Mike and I are at work. We are so lucky to have her! We are thrilled Larz is in in-home care and we are so blessed at how much she loves him. Her two boys love him so much too! They treat him like their own brother. They constantly ask "Where is Baby Warz?" when he's not with them. When I bring Larz over in the mornings, Colin's been quoted, "Mamma, baby Warz is home now."

Alyson & Soccer

Alyson's become quit the soccer player in our house. She's played on two teams this year: Hales Corner's Lutheran's team & she's playing select for Racine Soccer Club. Here's a few pics from some recent games...

How cute am I? My Great Grandma made me this sweater when I was still in Mummy’s tummy. Mummy said we just had to get some pictures donE with me wearing it.
Well my big big sissy is off to Homecoming this weekend with a boy! I told that boy he'D better be nice to her otherwise he’s gonna have to answer to me!
I am so excited because my Auntie Sara is coming down this weekend to hang out with me. I haven’t seen her in a long time because she’s been very busy taking care of the baby in her tummy. She (or he?) is on track to be exactly one year younger than me! Isn’t that cool??? Mummy says Auntie needs to buy a double stroller.
I am working on being a better sleeper. My Mummy and Daddy say I haven’t been very good at it my first 6 months of life. What they don’t realize is I am practicing being a contortionist. I get myself into all kinds of interesting positions in my bed at night. I need their help every now and again when I get “stuck.” I let them know though, when I need help (along with the rest of the neighborhood). Okay, gotta get going. I have to keep an eye on this babysitter – you never know what she’s gonna pull on me!

BABY LARZY LARZ!

For those of you who haven't met him yet... this is Larz Michael. We welcomed him to our family on Friday March 7 at 5:20 PM. Weighing in at 7 lbs. 5 oz and 19 1/2 inches long. He was born with a full head of red hair which only confused Mike and I (as well as some of the hospital staff). Here's a pic of him at less than 24 hrs old...

So here I am...blogging away. I have no clue what I am doing but since we have so many friends and family spread all over the world, I thought it would be a great way to keep ya'll updated on what's going on in our family. Especially since the kids are growing so fast.

Speaking of kids, can you believe Candice is 16 and Alyson is 14!!??!! And little Larz Michael joined our family in March, bright red hair and all! He's not that little anymore (Mike always calls him "The Big Man on Campus"). He's rolling all over the place. He'll be 7 months old on October 7th.

Mike is really busy, as always at his job at Hydro-flo in Brookfield, Wisconsin. He's on the road a lot and entertaining lots of customers.

Alyson's been so busy with Racine's select soccer team. They've gotten through 3 of their 4 tournaments; one more to go, which we are hosting in Racine - The Lighthouse Tourney Oct. 11th & 12th. Alyson started 8th grade at a new school this year and loves it. She spent a week camping in South Dakota for her 8th grade retreat.

Candice is a freshman! She's swimming on the varsity swim team at Milwaukee Lutheran High School. She's off to homecomming on Saturday night - with a boy!!!! Yeah, we had to do some work on daddy to make that one happen.

I'm doing well, still at Rexnord - four years this fall. It's offical, I'm driving a minivan! Yeah never thought I'd say those words. Life is good, busy running three kids around, but everything is perfect!!!
